Join outfitters from across Missouri and surrounding states at the 2026 Convention and Trade Show in Springfield, Missouri. This annual event brings the industry together for educational seminars, important meetings, and a dynamic Trade Show floor.

Trade Show Information

February 23–25, 2026 | Springfield, Missouri

The Trade Show will be held at the Oasis Hotel and Convention Center in Springfield, Missouri.

Trade Show Hours

Vendor Set-Up Schedule

  • Monday, February 23: 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
  • Tuesday, February 24: 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.

Trade Show Hours

  • Vendor Introductions: Tuesday, February 24 at 2:00 p.m.
    (Introductions will take place on stage on the Trade Show floor.)
  • Tuesday: 2:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.
  • Wednesday: 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.

Booth Placement

Booth assignments will be finalized just prior to set-up. This allows organizers to avoid placing competing vendors next to or directly across from one another whenever possible. Every effort will be made to accommodate special requests, including wall space, returning booth locations, or additional tables.


Donations & Promotions

Vendors interested in donating items should complete the donation form. Beginning February 2, a special vendor list will be emailed to all outfitters, highlighting registered vendors and promotional ads for those offering show-only specials.

You may also use the same form to submit a promotional ad for show discounts or specials (maximum 50 words).

(Introductions will take place on stage and will officially open the Trade Show.)

  • Tuesday, February 24: 2:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.
  • Wednesday, February 25: 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.

Meetings

Attendance at meetings is optional; however, members must be present in order to vote. Proxies are not permitted. Elections will be held for the Executive Board positions, including President, Vice President, Secretary, and Member-at-Large.

Meals & Social Events

Sponsored Meet & Greet Social

  • Monday, February 23 | 6:15 p.m. – 6:45 p.m.
  • Location: Convention Center
  • Hors d’oeuvres and non-alcoholic beverages will be provided
  • Guests are welcome to bring and share their favorite adult beverage

Meal Pricing

  • Luncheon – February 24: $27.00 per person
  • Evening Meal – February 24: $42.00 per person

Hotel Rooms

The Oasis Hotel is offering a special group rate of $119.00 per night + tax for MCFA Convention and Trade Show attendees.

  • Discounted rate available for reservations made before February 15, 2026
  • Rates will increase after this date
  • The discounted rate applies for the entire duration of your stay
